We first met Cathi over 2 years ago when we were refinancing . She was working for another company at this time, but it was then that we began to understand just who Cathi was. A tireless, detail-oriented, determined, yet extremely professional, person. It was at this time that she made my husband and I aware that a previous business loan that I had taken out , placed a lien on my home. Without her, I would have never known about the lien . Her honesty, transparency & guidance during this stressful time , made us trust her immensely.
Fast forward almost 3 years later and when we considered putting our house on the market, I remembered Cathi was also an agent. Although she lives 2 hours away, we didn’t hesitate when choosing her as our buyers agent and agent to sell this house. She met at our home almost 6 months ago ready to go in her no-nonsense way, organized a folder for us, made recommendations about what was needed to help our home show better; from updating light fixtures to putting top soil & downspout extensions outside, no detail was missed . When it came time to list , we spent time going over details for the MLS, her team came out to take photos & video, brochure & Matterport were created and the rest is history. She uploaded our home on social media websites on a Wednesday, responded to any potential buyers immediately & if interested she promptly provided the video & virtual brochure.
